Our Vision & Approach

As the world becomes increasingly connected, our aim is to implement multiculturalism in classrooms to hone inclusivity and acceptance in children, especially at schools that lack diversity. We do this by helping transform the mindset of teachers, students, and communities through the following:

Teacher Workshops:  Qualifications to become a teacher vary vastly across the world and cultural competence is not always a prerequisite. Since we all bring inherent biases with us, proactively working to acknowledge and reduce them is at the heart of the teacher workshops. These provide the resources required to start thinking more broadly, objectively and without bias.

Tailored Educational:  Educational Content and Study Materials:  While there is an abundance of useful content (from children's storybooks and textbooks for educators to social justice films) in the developed world where diversity issues are a core topic, such content is sparse in the developing world. We take what is currently available, and localize it, as well as aspire to publish new local content on the subject matter.

Education-Technology:  Combining traditional learning methods with interactive ed-tech can bridge the education-equity and cultural learning gaps caused by varying standards of education. Our ed-tech partners provide a multicultural class environment where students can connect with peers across the globe. While the students work on mathematics, social studies and science projects with international peers, they learn values such as cultural empathy, mutual respect, and develop an openness to new ideas, healthy competition, and intrigue.

Overall, our goal is to instill cultural tolerance, address stereotypes through diverse interactions and play a small yet pivotal role in addressing inequity in global education and learning. we aim to create an empowering school culture resting on a structure that is reinforced by each child’s learned behaviour of tolerance.
